Ugandans from all walks of life took to X to wish a happy birthday to the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba who was born 50 years ago.
Scanning through the posts, you’ll gather that some are celebrating him as a friend, others are praising him for his exceptional service to the country and others are doing both.
For instance, Cedric Babu Ndilima, the vice chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda in the Kampala Metropolitan Area, is the General’s friend and they’ve also worked together.
He posted on X: “Happy 50th birthday General @mkainerugaba my friend who became a brother and a leader. All those years ago when we were kids if someone asked me what you would become. I would have said Muhoozi is going to be a soldier. To see you as CDF is a great achievement amongst many others. I wish you the best today and pray that there will be many more years round the sun. Happy Birthday Ndugu General.”
The CDF’s sister Natasha Museveni Karugire wrote on X: “The name KaineRugaba means he is with GOD, or GOD is with him. May the LORD go before you always, brother, and may He be your rear guard. Birthday blessings, @mkainerugaba.”
The Secretary General of Patriotic League of Uganda, Hon Daudi Kabanda and top individuals of good caliber joins to wish him a happy 50th birthday.
General Muhoozi Kainerugaba in response sent a heart warm appreciation to all who celebrated his birthday and also pointed out what he did on his birthday as a memory.
The Media Fraternity including New Vision also sent warms regards to General Muhoozi.
